b) Academic Information

To function as an educational platform, we track:

  • Progress Data: Video watch time, course completion percentage.
  • Performance Data: Quiz scores, mock test results, and time spent on questions.
  • School Details: Current standard/grade and school name (if provided).
c) Device & Usage Data

We automatically collect technical data to ensure App stability:

  • Device Info: Device model, operating system (Android/iOS), and unique device identifiers (Device ID/IMEI).
  • Network Info: IP address and browser type.
  • Usage Logs: Login times, button clicks, and crash reports.
d) Payment Information

We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details. All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We only retain the transaction ID and order history for verification.

We respect your data. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following scenarios:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting servers like AWS/Google Cloud, OTP service providers, and analytics tools).
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or government regulation to protect our rights or the safety of our users.
  • Parental Oversight: For minor students, academic progress may be shared with the registered parent/guardian upon request.

You have rights regarding your data, subject to our Terms of Use:

  • Correction: You may update your Name or Profile Picture within the App.
  • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account. Please note that deleting your account will permanently erase your course progress and access.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing emails/SMS, but you will continue to receive transactional messages (e.g., payment receipts, OTPs).
Note on Restricted Fields: As per our Terms of Use, Mobile Numbers and Email IDs cannot be changed once registered. These are permanent unique identifiers for your account.

Our Platform is designed for students. However:

  • Under 13: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
  • Ages 13–18: Students in this age group must obtain parent/guardian permission to use the Platform. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s usage.
